PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT POLICY BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENTS.

PAYMENT POLICY: ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. (PLEASE READ THIS APPLIES TO OVER THE PHONE, IN PERSON, OR ON WEB PAYMENTS) 


Please be sure to enter all information requested on the payment screen. (Please note that entering a Date and Time does not guarantee that specific time is available until confirmed with the company.) If you want any confirmation of your event in writing you may request a email confirmation of such at any time.

 

All further Party Payments Refund Policy is as follows; 

There are NO REFUNDS ON PAYMENTS * a credit will be given for a future event in this case.* If you're written notice to cancel your event is postmarked within 3 Business days from event instead all money rendered except 50% of your Deposit amount will be given as a company credit for future services within 1 year as long as we are given 7 Business Days of notice. If we do not receive 7 Business days notice of cancellation there will be No refunds or credit given of any amount no matter the reason. We do not guarantee any change dates and times will be available but will do the best we can to accommodate your request. Please call us as soon as you know of any changes at all and when making changes please feel free to email us at [email protected] to receive confirmation of any changes. Once your event has taken place and services are rendered there will be no refund or credit of any money paid for any reason. We are not responsible for Rain, Bad weather or any other reason of Cancellation and there will be no refunds or credit given for such sorry. There will be a Convenience Processing fee for ANY and ALL Payments made with a credit card or Paypal of a 4%-8% depending on the card or form of payment and will show under the Sales Tax Portion. This Fee is a Non-Refundable fee and will be due at the time any payments made on the Internet or Phone, this fee will be added on after your credit card is processed and approved. Additional Financing Fees Will Apply when using Bill Me Later Option with PayPal Financing please see PayPal for details.There will be a $35.00 FEE for all returned checks and Charge Backs. If there is money owed after your event takes place and is not paid within 7 days we will assess a $10.00 late fee for every additional 7 days. You will be responsible for all Collection Fees and or Court Fees.


SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSITS:

   If ordering any of the following a $25 or More Refundable Cleaning/Security Deposit will apply besides the total rental cost ; Any Inflatable, (Bounce House, Obstacle Course, Rock Climbing, Water Slide etc....) Any Concession Rental, ( Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Snow Cones, Chocolate Fountains, Hot Dog Rollers, etc.....) Any Tent, Table or Chair Rental, any any other item the company deems necessary to request such deposit on at any time. This type of Deposit will be refunded once equipment that was rented is returned in the sam condition given in. More then one deposit may be requested if renting multiple items. If equipment can not be inspected at time of return refund of deposit will be given within 10 Business Days. If damage or Cleaning is at a higher cost then the deposit the customer will be responsible for any and all differences. 


Making Changes once Deposit is made or confirming your party:

When making Changes of any kind we suggest to do so via phone with a email confirmation following this helps to avoid any confusion on either part, the same goes for confirming your party.

Any Changes may change any special pricing or discounts you may have received.

Any Partial Cancellations to items ordered may result in a Cancellation Fee of up to 20% of your items canceled from your original order. This is to cover costs on Employees already reserved and loss of revenue due to your cancellation.
